Course concept:

These customised courses are tailored specifically to the needs of your company and project and usually take place on your premises.

The course provides in-depth knowledge about accessibility and the pragmatic use of the most important principles and tools for developing and improving your services. We specifically address the special features and requirements of your systems, whether website, mobile app or digital documents, so that your employees receive directly applicable solutions and concrete examples.

After explaining the basics and building up testing expertise, we work together to identify specific barriers in your systems and have them tested ad hoc by our blind expert using a screen reader.

Course content:

• General topics relating to accessibility (legal framework, WCAG standard, etc.)
• Specific accessibility requirements
• Live screen reader demo by a blind expert
• Use of tools and methods for testing and ensuring accessibility
